If you want a real technician working on your car, and not a half baked fitter as in most dealerships, call Rob. In 35 years of driving I've never known better.

In August I took my VW mk7 to them for overheating.They discovered that there was a fault with the Water pump and thermostat housing which they changed and put the new one.The overheating problem didn't stop and when they gave it back it was cutting off the power when accelerating and it was taking long to start. I brought the car back to Uitenhage at VW Market square.They only had to push the crank shaft position sensor back in and the cutting off of power andthe jerking was resolved. They say the water pump is not properly fitted and the worst thing is that . My insurance can not finance this job I will have to do it myself.

I did some work for the company as I have done for many others . I am really impressed at how a company after so many years can stay at that highest level possible as far as service excellence to the customer and just anyone that ventures into the building goes . The staff that are always ready to assist and friendly then when you chat to Rob himself it all becomes clear why. Thank you Rob. It was an honour and a pleasure to do something for your company.
