One day out, I had a little mishap and needed breast pads as my milk was leaking. Hubby tried to buy some breast pads at this Baby City branch just as they were closing. Unsympathetic staff refused to assist. Cannot compare to the service at Greenpoint and Sable square where the staff are excellent.

All male (relatively indifferent) staff with only females at checkout. Great range of products from toys to child seats to baby basics (nappies, high chairs etc.).

Waited 20 minutes at till to pay for a teletubbie eventually said don't worry its taking too long. There were 2 people behind till and one customer and was just ignored

Such poor service. Staff reluctant to take R2000 push bike from top shelf to show you to help make a decision. Apathy and lack of interest defines the service.

Poor people skills. Absolutely ignored by staff member at tokai branch early Sunday morning. My wife and I decided to rather drive all the way to the branch in green Point. Better service, money well spent.
