Bad service indeed, They keep on promising with no delivery. Hyundai Silverlakes took my car in for clutch replacement since 15th May till today. It takes them more than three weeks to replace a clutch?. I don't think they take their clients serious, they are unprofessional. Will not recommend their service to anyone else.

My Ford Ranger Gearbox was Repair by Mayfair, the team was prompt and sufficient, bakkie was booked in day after I received a quote work was approved and two days later it was done.Morne and he's team was excellent.

How useless can you get. Bring the car in on Wednesday. Phone Thursday to ask for the quote. No quote. Phone many others times on Friday. Where is the quote. They don’t have a pc to send a quote. Then eventually they say ok. The quote is ready they will send it. Friday at day end no quote.Go there on the following Monday. No quote. Apparently the car was not even checked yet. Left my ignition on and ran the battery flat in the 6 days the car was there. Car was so dirty full of leaves from standing outside. My car was full of orange markings for dents and scratches as if the car was booked in for for panel beating. They got time to mark the car but no time to check the car.Do not trust your car at Mayfair Silverton. You will get big talk about their R100 000 computer and it takes 1 hour to find out how what is wrong with your gearbox. But when booking in your car then service is gone.Cost more money to wash the car and replace the battery than what was wrong with the car before.

Totally useless!! Worst service ever. If you plan on taking your car here, please rethink. A job that was meant to take 7working days... 3weeks and counting.

I wanted a (power) flush of my automatic gearbox from met Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ. So I called them for informtion. I should come by was the answer. Even In arrived they said to leave the car for the rest of the day. No answer to my question how long it would take of a estimate of the costs. With alle due respect but I will find an other company who will provide service to the customer.
