They offer good quality items. Especially their ergonomic range. I picked up a chair from here at a reasonable price that has been perfect for me. Sales staff are willing to interact and answer questions happily and they try to ensure the best for the client.

Some colleagues and I visited Cecil Nurse in hopes to find new chairs and furniture for our office. We walked around for 15 minutes whilst sales executives watched us without asking if we require any assistance. Only once we reached the exit door were we asked if we found anything we liked. Unfortunately, I prefer service that is offered to me as soon as I enter the store. I did not find that here. My colleagues and I did, however leave with a bad taste in our mouths about the place. Rather try Leaders Office and Furniture!

One thing that reassures me when considering the premium you pay for these products is the longevity of a particular item. The furniture is as visually appealing as it is comfortable and there are so many little touches that you realise you're not just buying a desk or a chair but an extension of yourself - since you'll spend so much time using those items.Service is really good and the consultants know all about their products and the ergonomics and rationale behind certain elements on the furniture. Don't expect to buy and walk out with your piece though, most items are delivery only - guess good things come to those who wait!
