Need more friendly receptionists

Securicon managed the check-in of our accomodation in Marloth Park.First we required medical help, and they were very helpful with advice and directions.Second, we broke down in the Kruger Park at the Croc Bridge rest camp.We called them to ask whether there was someone who could give the family a ride back to Marloth.Gerhard, the owner, and a Securicon manager, apologies, but in all the excitement I have forgotten your name, both jumped into their vehicles from Komatipoort, and drove us (4 people) from the Croc River entrance to our accomodation in Marloth.The next morning, Gerhardcalled personally to check whether we were ok, and whether we needed additional assistance.An amazing company and people. Thank you so much for your help.

Great individuals committed to their jobs. Communication seems to be a weakness resulting in an overall unsatisfactory service. Response to alarm activations is good. Everything in place to deliver a 5 star service, which I hope they will once again achieve.

We went there to pick up keys for a house we rented and the service was good.

What an amazing place to stop for lunch on the way back from Kruger International Airport. Food good and staff very hospitable. Will definitely go back
