The infrastructure at this entry gate needs more than attention. A complete refurbishment more like it. Friendly staff but card payment did not work. A lack of pride and standards. Becoming the norm at Pilanesberg

The roads after the rain very badly. A lot of pot holes and damaged road service. Staff however very friendly and ablution clean and neat. For a quick getaway it is good. Enjoyed it and saw some animals

Had an amazing time away with family and the staff were friendly, but the place is sorely in need of maintenance and upgrade. Also, not their fault, but they're having problems with municipality water, so they're pumping borehole water at various times a day. And with a bout of load shedding and generator backup, it was hit and miss to have utilities. Lovely swimming pool.We had a wonderful game drive with Tshepiso.
