I was falsely assured that if I sent my documents before 12:00, they would be delivered to JHB the following day. It took 3 days to deliver. Extremely poor service and false advertising, disappointing indeed

Absolutely appalling service. For the second time this year they stuffed up my delivery. I get an email saying that they are unable to deliver to the location and no one is answering, even though I daid on two occasions when I eill be back and available. I respond to the email referring back to the dates I provided but never haf any response. I drive to their location to try and get an answer and the lady is extremely rude and tells me they can't help me person. Eventually she checks and tells me it eill be delivered the next day

Been waiting whole day for my package. Driver simply claimed no one was there. I phoned them and they claimed thy will deliver it and nothing. No word from them. Will collect package myself tomorrow. If you need to courier something steer clear from them. Use the courier guy etc. Will not use aramax again.

My parcel delayed for a week, when I called the lady by the name of chanstay said my parcel was there at the depo and was not gonna be delivered because it was Christmas eve despite the fact that it has been there for a week. Because I couldn’t wait I asked the lady if I could come and collect then, she said it was fine. On my arrival, I got told stories that my parcel was misplaced and that it was sent to hope Town by mistake. When I asked why was I told that I should come they said the lady who misplaced my parcel was not there though I was told to come. I started to be angry and only then they called the manager who also asked me to wait there after she left. I have been waiting for more than 3 hours at the depo. Right before they close they told me my parcel was with delivery guy by the name of Hans in Christiana and they were going to fetch it from him then deliver to me by themselves. On my way home with the hope that my parcel was going to be delivered later on, on the day. I get a text from their reception who said to me the driver just informed them that my parcel was not there with him. And she gave me his number to hear what he says as if I have a few with him.This was a their way of chasing me out of the building as I was not going to go back without my parcel after the long drive to get there. They tricked me, they really played me and made their unprofessionalism my problem. I am truly disappointed

Horrible service from a very rude delivery personnel who claimed to have been by my place but was not, he went on to hang up my phone. This was definitely my last time I use their service. This ruined my whole day.

My package arrived to a client damaged and Chante was very unprofessional, my all the sunglasses I sent were broken and this women was quick to dismiss me and say how this wasn’t her business. Disappointing because I have been using this service for years but clear they don’t want my business anymore. They don’t care about your packages, my package was handled very poorly al glasses broken. Mxm

Worst courier service i used in my life. Full of excuses and they lie about not being able to deliver package, while i was at home the whole day. Never ever again
