La Vida Venue started as an excellent venue until we were informed the lady dealing with us was let go and from then on completely down hill. Unprofessional, barely any communication, never answered their phone but very quick to require the money. The owner of La Vida even recorded a conversation she had with my husband without his permission and he was even unaware that he was recorded. They were rude and completely set us off. If there were no stars I would put no stars.

The overall venue is very beautiful, but there is a young overweight lady that works there, very disrespectful, no sense of Customer care Customer engagement and very stereotypical. The management of the establishment should train her on the relationship between supplier and customer she clearly has no understanding of business relationships and trying to keep your customers happy for business continuity.

Great intimate venue. Manager/Owner lacks customer service. Her demeanor is sort of rude as if she is used to do that with her staff. Was there for a 60th birthday and was approached by her about loud music while doing a sound chcek. No respect, no customer service, like we doing her a favour to be there. Asked her to check that generator was full with petrol and she assured that it was. When load shedding hit, generator lasted 45min, swi hed off due to ... no petrol

I had a joint 21st birthday party at this venue, was a lovely evening! The staff at La Vida were very helpful, and informative! The environment is soothing and tranquil! Would highly recommend.

Had my 25th birthday party there and it was absolutely exquisite. Manager was really helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make it special. Would highly recommend them for any function that one may have
