Terrible service. They don't actually respond to alarms after they call you. They will go investigate after their guys have had enough time to loot your premises. Twice.

It has been good over years but now service is poor. They always respond to wrong house when alarm activates hence give wrong responses. They refused to investigate possible intrusion when I was away. They claim a locked gate while alarm activates meaning they don't care about security if your gate is locked. How do they expect me to leave an open gate while away.
