I got cut off by CAA 36749 today. A hoot got me loads of aggression, middle fingers, and road rage.This is not a good reflection on your business and the people working for you.

So we bought a new fridge and were told delivery fee was R450. So we paid for it along with the fridge. We asked when it would be delivered and we were told in a few hours. That was before 12pm on 25th November. At 5pm the fridge still wasn't delivered. When we called to find out where it is we first got told we never paid the delivery fee. Then we were told it is on its way. Eventually after 9pm that night did the fridge arrive. Would not recommend this service to anyone

Our communicationwas excellent. They ran into trouble with the very narrow spiral staircase, but came back the same day with more men to help. I had a very positive experience.

Absolutely amazing service! My old washing machine died and I was needing to get my new one as soon as possible. I asked for same day delivery, if possible. It was after 9 pm when they delivered, but they got it to me, and with amazing attitudes. I highly recommend RYZ Transport!
