Worst service ever, I've been using Plascon for years and they use to be No 1 but as of 2020 there staff, payment ways just to buy 1 or 20 20L of paint is a pain, I will definitely move over to other paint outlets, they are so slow to release paint it's even better to go directly to Prominent paints, Universal paint and I am definitely going to Dulux from 2021, the staff is unfriendly, stands around greets you hardly it feels like you need to beg just to get your order even after you have paid, expect atleast half a day to 4hrs waiting at Plascon just to get 2 drums tinted. My worst experience in 2020, time means nothing, you will sit and wait for hours.
