KILNERPARK CAR WASH & VALET

Slow service and the car was not properly washed. We have been there serlvral times and have seen a steady decline in service levels.

Good effective car wash, able to get tree sap off the car which is impressive, always a reliable wash.

Today i phoned this carwash and asked them what time do they close and the person said at 17h00. When i came there at 16h15 the person in the washbay said that i can only get a wash and go. I said to him that i have phoned and they said i can come. The person at the reception ask me if the car was very dirty and i said yes. He then said that they only do wash and go at that time. But when i phoned earlier he did not say anthing about wash and go. So on the end they have to wash and vacuum the complete vehicle. The people in the wash bay are very arogant. Our company support them ever weekend and now we get this treatment. It is unacceptable and we wont go there again.

I Paid for a full wash not to say that it was more expensive than what i usually pay at any other car washThe staff had no intreset in doing the job or doing it wellNever the less my car was still dirty after the “full wash” and when I complained amd the manager got involved the staff tried to make excuses>I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH!!!<

No!..Please don't go to this place to wash your car.You will be asked to pay and thereafter you are the mercy of those guys that do the washing. No supervision! After payment and after about 45 mins, one guy came to me and said your car is done". I couldn't believe what I saw. It appeared to me that they simply poured water on my car
