I previously left a 5 star review but I’m revoking and editing it because I just had an awful threading experience with them and I will never return; the man thinned my brows so much that I look permanently surprised. I asked him multiple times not to make them thin and he kept going. I have extremely thick and prominent eyebrows so he really had to try to make them this thin. I am beyond furious, I will never ever return. He refused to listen and gave me increasingly more attitude as I expressed my displeasure with being made to look like a surprised circus clown. This place used to be great but now it’s the worst threading I’ve ever received and the dismissive and self-righteous attitude is awful!

Was great 1 year ago,but now they charge almost double last year and their service is worse. They also refuse to take card transactions mostly, probably to avoid tax or something

Not expensive, but the cleaning of the tools can be more frequent. If not after every cut or shave. Nonetheless, good service overall.

My first experience for my son, they did not listen to what he wanted and forcefulMy husband asked for the full man scape but refused to do a shave but made him pay the full amount

Honestly they're very good with haircuts but my only complaint is their newest employee. He struggles to understand and doesn't cut yoir hair the way you want it. I really love Male Ego but I think they should get new employees who can understand English.

Its been the second time i have been there. The service is outstanding and the smiles are real. What you need to check for is the price for what you want done. On my first visit a haircut was R90 and 2 months later that same haircut is now R120. Thats odd to me but thats the only problem i have.

Swift and epic service, got the full suite threading, beard, waxing trim. Came with a reference photo and the guys nailed it.
