As with all online stores I was skeptical at first. But within a few hours I received order confirmation and a day later my order number was emailed through. I ordered a printer and two spools of filament on a Saturday evening and had the products in my hand the following Tuesday. I was and still am extremely happy with the service and products I received. I 100% recommend this store for your 3D printing needs, and I will be buying more in the future!

Recently purchased a Creality Wash & Cure and the service was absolutely perfect. Pardon reached out to me at various stages along the way to keep me updated on my package and delivery.In some cases even after hours and over a public holiday, which is just not something you see anymore. My station arrived within a day or so and was handled with care. Could not be happier with my purchase, or the service I got from these guys.Highly recommend them and definitely will be a returning customer, if you need anything for 3D Printing, definitely check them out.

I have to say that there service is absolutely amazing. I ordered my printer the Thursday evening and it was delivered to my door the next day. I was also kept updated on my order as well as some questions that I had. Will definitely recommend!
