Stellar service. The appointment of Douglas as head mechanic has made a good business a great one. Persist oil leak issue, swiftly sorted out, cheerfully and with great courtesy. I was looking for a scooter for my son. But they only sale big BMW bikes only. But the staff were very helpful and friendly and showed us where we can go look for what we wanted. But they had a great amount of bikes on display in their shop. If I want to get at big bike one day, I will gladly go to them. Thanks for the help and your friendliness.

I had a most unsatisfactory experience here, I brought my bike in on a Thursday morning for it's annual service, Geoff said that they will be able to do the service for me and that the bike should be ready during the day on Friday. Friday came and no phone call to let me know that the bike is ready, I then had to call them of Monday mid morning as I still had not heard from them, I was then informed that the bike was ready on Friday afternoon but that they could not call me due to loadshedding ! (We all have cell phones these days and they could have sent me an sms and not necessarily had to call me). The bike then went back into their workshop a week and a half later for a different issue (unrelated to the service) to be attended to. I think that there is total lack of communication between the staff as many of my phone calls requesting feedback were not returned despite leaving a message. The quote that I received for the repair also seemed very high, I then did a bit of phoning around and every other place that I called came in with a cheaper quote, I eventually took the bike back and took it to Donford BMW Motorrad in Cape Town who have quoted me lees than HALF of the quotation from GS Traders to do the same repair, the reason that I took the bike to them in the first place is that they have a BMW trained technician on staff and thinking that they will be able to offer me a better price. Most disappointed and will not recommend them at all

Great service and great advice. The after sales service and support is unbelievable. I ran into issues, turned out to be lose battery connection, on the weekend and Andre was quick to support and drive out. I did not know such service still existed.
