Honestly the best thing that I have ever done was join Missfit in January. So challenging, yet so rewarding. Corne and Lenoy are amazing people. I look forward to class everyday especially Lenoy, best trainer, she knows all of us, our weaknesses and strengths, always pushing us to the best version of ourselves and always manages to make us laugh in the process. This is not your average boxing facility!! If you are under the impression this is a fight club you are so wrong. We have goals and we achieve them...if you want to loose weight this is your gym, if you want to tone ..this is your gym! Ladies Cross fit..this is your gym! Personal training (small group max 7)..this is your gym!!
