Worst experience. They don't even respond to your concerns. I waited for 3 hours on the que only to be told my card is not there. I switched banks immediately due to poor service. Will not advise anyone to join them.

Please work on your services, your staff is extremely slow at Standard bank Gezina brands. Poor poor poor. I drove to Pta North Standard bank, not even 10 minutes and I was out. Your staff can learn something from them.

Zero stars! Worst branch ever. Always have issues.My card expired end of November. I even phoned 3 weeks ago to confirm that the new card will be there. They told me it's out on delivery. I confirmed on the phone that the card should be delivered there. 3 weeks later I hear sorry it's not there, they are still waiting for instructions. How does that make sense!

28 oct 22 Just needed to collect my credit card. Front lady at reception is very unfriendly. Very very slow service at the counters. Not one staff member greeted in a friendly manner. Worst bank I've been to

Standard Bank has the worst service and this branch proves it. It's not the staff's fault either. They are inundated. Other branches in the area have shut down. The system doesn't work either: There are no consultants and you first have to register at reception and then wait to be helped. I once sat there for more than half an hour without a single person in the full waiting area being assisted. It's as bad as Standard's online service, which is laborious and often does not make sense.

I was very happy about the service at Standard bank Gezina, especially with the lady that helped me, Anelisa Madia. She was friendly and helpful, her people skills is very good and she explained everything for me and answered all my questions. I will go to the Gezina branch again.

Long waiting period.Staff are efficient but slow.Even though you go in for assistance, the staff still has to call other people telephonically to close cards etc . Time wasting

I have been a client of Standard bank for too long. They give the worst service ever, and their product is very expensive. Unfortunately, I have a business account, so it is not simple to move to another bank. But I can certainly not recommend Standard

The worst branch ever. The staff is so slow and just couldn’t be bothered by the long queues. Rather go to other branches if you need efficient assistance.
