The Powerplant Jiu Jitsu Gym
Can't speak for the kick-boxing group but the jiu-jitsui academy is good. Been training here for the last 12 months on Tuesdays and Thursdays (18h00-19h30). There are many students and the instructors are helpful and are always at training even during school holidays. Is a bit pricey compared to the standard martial arts but if you are attending each practice it is definitely worth it.

I have been at many different Martial Arts gyms. But Power plant has by far the most positive energy and attitude towards beginners and advanced fighters alike. They provide Muay Thai and Jujitsu classes everyday at 5:30 and 6:30. It is extremely well priced. Muay Thai and Juijitsu are also two of the most effective Martial arts in the world, so you will not be wasting your time. Great poeple and great skills to learn!

I've been loving the jiu-jitsu classes here for the past 2 years. There's a great spread of white, blue, purple, brown and black belt knowledge to learn from safely, roll with and share the general camaraderie of the gentle art. Large, clean mat space to work on. Well structured classes for different levels, healthy learning environment, both gi or no gi classes and open mats. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Great vibe, awesome exercise and great facility.I have been doing Muay Thai Kickboxing at The Powerplant for the past 5 years, and it has been (and still is) a wholly life-enriching experiencing. The gym started out in a small flat, and has grown to the awesome size it is now, thanks to the dedication of the owners, coaches and students. I have also taken the opporunity to train at other Muay Thai gyms around the world, and The Powerplant is on a par with my other experiences.

Great Martial arts club, members are welcoming and friendly. Coaches are knowledgeable and dedicated. Fees are reasonable in relation to services received and facility provided. Great energy to the place and good opportunity to meet new people. Would recommend for beginners to intermediate individuals

The greatest gym I've honestly ever been to. So many fighting techniques under one roof!! They offer Muay Thai, Boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes. I always wanted to do kickboxing and I know for a woman it can be a scary feeling, not knowing what to expect. This sport is for all ages, no experience needed!! Coach Brandon has been my coach for so many years. He is there to teach real fighting techniques while getting fit. It's not box fit how they call it at other gyms. This is the real deal.!!! Go check out the gym, its worth it.
