My sisters claim is taking close to 30 days before getting any feedback , the guy is fishing and wants us to withdraw our claim from the get go even before any investigation and assessments he calls weekly asking the same questions.....we are getting to a point where the courtesy car is going to be taken back before they give us feedback it's been 30days and he always says he will give us feedback by close of business....don't insure with FFS or Auto and general because these guys are uninformed and make claims with no proof just assumptions, I wonder if white people get the same treatment or it's just on black folks

The assessors do not know what they are doing. I get called to inform me my vehicle is finished, besides 2 issues that they will rectify. Upon inspection I found more than 14 defects and damage that occurred while the vehicle was at their allocated repairer for 5 months.

these people keep making enquiries and adding details to my credit report.. which is making my report look bad.. i have phoned in beginning of the year, and now again and you guys add details of mine which i dont even have any insurance with you.. when i phone telesure group, no one can pick up my details, but yet you add this on my credit report? i have to waste my airtime to try and speak to someone to stop this non sense. please this is rediculous.

This company is terrible. I worked there for a year in the Australian department and it has left me with trauma and health problems. The company does not even care that they are making their employees sick and miserable. I also have not received my commission earned and I am not satisfied.

They registered an outstanding balance of R1257 against my name on the credit bureau. I owe them nothing. They refuse to take it down. Evil, greedy company.

Another company not adding any value to life in South Africa, but rather wasting peoples time with spam calls.

The website was easy to navigate. It also had very interesting information on there.I applied for a position on the website, it took me through a questionnaire and then I had to upload my supporting documentation.What I found very friendly and helpful from the company itself, was that a week or so later, I got a reply back on my application.I didn't get the job, but my experience still leaves a plus next to the company, in my mind.
