Although they were very helpful in choosing fabric and the finished product looks great, I was very disappointed in service I received when getting my cushions back. It took longer than lead to believe, no one followed up and I had to contact them to find out when I would get my order and then (just to make it worse) it was not there for collection when they said it would be.

We had fantastic service from Lynda at Athlone Centre in PMB. She sent Whatsapp photos of couches and fabrics and we ordered online. The couches are superb. Excellent quality with hard-wearing but beautiful fabrics. I am very happy with our purchases and will certainly buy my next couch from Cosy Couch.
