The staff is absolutely terrible. We spoke to the lady asking for a price. She completly ignored us, we then asked the manager for assistance. She had the audacity to ask if we spoke in Afrikaans. But we have manners and spoke to her in English. This is not a store that I will support anymore.

The shop had a nice real sale, was well stocked with winter clothing and tellers were quite efficient despite the long queue of customers.

Very bad customer service. They dont even greet. I asked them why did they not check for my signature at the back of my card coz what if i was not the account holder. The lady just looked at me and talked in their language to her colleague. Pathetic.But big ups to the lady that went to the store room to go fetch me the item i was looking for.

I have a problem with their lay bye system, other shops like Ackerman's will send you a courteous SMS to remind you of the lay bye you have with them as for Jet, nothing and then they cancel your lay bye and don't refund you deposit at all. Please look into this. I will be sending a formal complaint.

Very SLOW customer service. We queued for 22 minutes to pay for 1 item. In the time we were waiting the queue doubled and only 4 customers served. Every single one of the cashiers seemed to be on a go-slow. Very poor for so close to month end.

Worst service ever waiting in line for 30 min and only 2 people i front of me!!! Where is management?

Visited the store today, poor customer. My daughter received a gift from her Godmother and I cannot exchange it only the person who bought it. How poor, because I was going to buy an extra R200 your loss.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and verity of clothes available. Never shopped at Jet before TFG took them over

Could comfortably shop here. They have a wide range of clothes for the whole family, even for us big sized bodies. I loved the experience
