Lajawi Hair Salon Midrand

I booked an appointment with Jawad but the receptionist gave my booking to a different stylist.Jawad styled 2 other clients in my booking slot.I requested a pixie cut and relaxer and left unhappy with the style.Spent a lot of money to leave unhappy. I will not be returning.

I went there for a haircut of R350 but I was charged R1040! The haircut is not even good and looks like it was done 2 weeks ago. I am never going back there!I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible service with inflated prices that they seem to just make up, I called and was told R750, when I was was done they wanted to charge R1100 which I refused to pay. I left the salon looking like my hair was 2 weeks old, the owner was sitting with no clients but didn't bother to monitor the stylist who did not seem to know what he was doing. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I wasn't impressed at all.I paid double the price for something I can do at back door. Or maybe I was expecting something wow that goes with their name.they guy who did my hair was not a professional and he didn’t even have that passion.I will never recommend this place to anyone unless you are a celebrity.guys you pay 1000 rands just for a cut and dye, scurl and the result were so disappointing.he didn’t even ask me if I do like it or not. I walked in, received a rude reception, while I was made to sit and wait, even though I had made an appointment, I decided to read reviews and just walked out. So thanks to everyone who has left a review.

My son had the worst haircut there and they are overpriced. The hair was uneven and the cut was way shorter than I asked for. The guy who cut his hair was also very rude, I complained but no change. My son was not impressed and cried about the ugly haircut he got

3rd attempt at cutting my hair to suite my face today, complained about the severe allergy i got from the last dye, they couldn't even pin point which hair dye was used. They offered me 3 alternatives that still included parabens . After i declined them, the atmosphere changed. It was almost as though i was not worth being there for just a hair cut and wash.Showed them what i wanted with my hair cut this time around. I had good length at the top of my head but i was chopped down to almost a brush cut,looks nothing like what i showed them. I then asked if we can try the style i showed in the next visit, I was told i shouldn't grow my hair because it's too light.A little judgmental I'd say. I think this is the last visit for me. I'll regrow my hair and try elsewhere hopefully people who also accommodate clients with hair dye allergies. My 1st two visits were also met with things said and done i chose to let go of, was even made to buy their oils for my genetically deficient hairline, which didn't work of course. Sometimes it's better to understand a person than to judge them at first glance.Thank You Lajawi.

I went there thinking I'm going to cut for R190. Was surprised that I paid R450. Only for being relaxed really? The price was insane honestly. Wouldn't recommend it.
