Absolutely shocking service. Hoodies ordered for matrics - all of them misprinted. Returned to Urban Ink who promised time and time again to deliver. Waited and waited. They state that orders take approximately 4-5 working days. How untrue. Now some have been delivered. Still waiting for outstanding 17. What shocking service.
