I am very grateful for Premier Fires taking accountability for the issues we experienced during the building process for our insert Hergom fireplace.All staff were very apologetic and I appreciate the personal phone call from Fiona Balding and delivering on her promise for resolution.In addition I appreciate their intention to continue building our relationship going forward. Thank you Evan for your assistance with tips for the fireplace - its burning beautifully!
