The food is touch and go we visited for dinner and food was great. service was okay, Waiters always seem confused and have a different waiter for everything.But breakfast was awful food was soggy eggs that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, and service again wasn't great

Good food overall eventhough my steak was a little overdone the last time... they have great burgers and pasta as well. The flat breads with toppings are delicious. Warm, welcoming environment and good atmosphere makes for a good family outing or a date night as a couple. Service from the waiters are good, but not great - could work on the friendliness and communication. But a great night out either way

The milkshake is out of this world.Steak was underdone according to how we ordered & a bit tough & ribs a little fatty for my liking, but taste was delicious.The chips were done to perfection. I would come here for the chips any day.Atmosphere very pleasant & relaxed. Staff don’t really attend to clients properly and chat around the entrance door instead of being mindful of their clients.

I had a terrible experience with the service from waiters up to the manager. Really don't take pride in their work and manager does nothing about it.The food took forever and didn't taste well. I was served the wrong drink a couple of times.The interior design of the place, I must say, is beautiful.George and Mike should really look into getting their services improved. The usage of phones on the floor while customers wait for service will bring the restaurant down, waiters shouldn't even be standing in groups sharing jokes instead of doing their job. The manager barely interact with customers to ask if they are okay or if they need anything.

The breakfast special is no longer available, which is disappointing as it was great value for money. The menu has a decent variety and the food is tasty, although slightly more pricey than other places. The kids playground is a good size and will keep the kids entertained. Service tends to be a little slow, although always friendly. Great atmosphere whether it is a family day out or an intimate dinner. The small things need more attention - we were seated for almost 10 minutes before someone served us, they served the coffee but we had to ask for sugar, and they brought the kids menu/colouring page but no crayons.

The children's play area and equipment is absolutely filthy and the trampoline is not safe. There is a big hole at the entrance to the trampoline and the spring covers are disintegrating.The waitrons are not very friendly and don't realize that other people can understand their language when they talk about you.

Food average for the price. Service slow. Waffle raw. Atmosphere terrible. Table of 12 behind us. People standing on tables. Women shouting and screaming for 3 hours like something out of a horror movie. We could not have a conversation. Management allowed the chaos to continue. We left with headaches. Had our coffee at Mug and Bean which was peaceful and nice. Will never book at this place again. Worst Saturday afternoon I ever had in a restaurant. Never experienced such rude behavior in a public family area.
