I cannot recommend Wayne highly enough. He is polite, professional, highly responsive, thorough, and communicates promptly and throughout the process. I contacted him to do an electrical inspection and received the most detailed and meaningful report I have ever received. His price was fair and I was happy to give him the job. He engaged with the estate agents and kept me updated throughout. Service at its best!
