Chris was excellent in the beginning. He came to my assistance to help replace a geyser on a Friday evening. However, he required a deposit for this which I paid. He did replace the geyser but insisted on payment asap. I have to claim back from insurance but can't without the seriel number of the old geyser which he removed. Now he has blocked all the numbers we have phoned him on after promising he would send us the seriel number. Clearly he didn't bother taking it down even though he said he would on the Friday.Don't pay Chris any money until you have all the info you need as his after sales service is non existent.
