I use the Bluelock unit for my gate at home and find it most convenient. I can by sending a token allow the garden or pool service onto my property without being there myself. Absolutely great product.

Bluelock - Access Control
I use bluelock on my front gate. It allows me to walk the dog without carrying a remote. It also allows me to monitor who has been accessing my house.
