I hate posting a bad review. I had one treatment at the clinic and I was super impressed. My intention was to pursue further treatment over the next few months to help improve my skin. The service I have received has been appalling- first I was promised an e-mail to provide me with a treatment plan based on guidance from the clinic. A month and 3 calls later and I am yet to receive feedback. Willing to give the team a chance I then made another appointment... only to discover that the wrong date and time had been reserved. This is extremely disappointing and a poor reflection of the clinic.
