Unsatisfactory service for month end, only two out of the three Consultants could assist with new Contracts, queries etc. Customer Service non existant in terms of friendlyness, feedback, willingness to assist! No friendly face at all! Waited 30 minutes without being attended to!

ZERO STARS!!We have send in a phone that is on insurance September 2018 to repair and today is the 18th of Janaury 2019. Today after 4 and a half months still no phone.What must we do about it????? When we ask them they just lift up their shoulders. No help from their side. Really really dissapointed!!

Outstanding customer care from Nthabi and Amanda. Above what I'm used to when I walk into Vodacome stores. Efficient, warm, went extra lengths and had the ability to deal with the special circumstances of the situation.

I've been waiting 3 weeks for my laptop which I need for work. Have been told by how many different people at your branch that it would be there in a week ... has Happened 3 times . I have to phone you for info you don't let me know... Great service Vodacom?? I wanted to open up 2 new contracts , will not be doing it there....
