The service is exceptional...Emmanuel pilusa a consultant was very helpful and customer friendly

I like an Isuzu Bakkie since last year during an advert for the fleetsite, however my husband encouraged me to buy it, the Bakkie is good, however after the last service for 45000 km the car starts to have a problem and when we brought the car we had to return because what is needed for the car to be fixed is not available at the moment. Know when we do follow up we are told one thing, bring the car we need photos of the car. Know it starts to make me regret for being a an Isuzu customer. I don't know what is going on hence my car is still on warranty

Called in one Saturday and some very rude guy answered the phone and bluntly told me they don't service Chev anymore.. I didn't have a problem with that but guy was so rude he ended up putting the phone on my ear..he must just thank God he didn't pick up when I called again, otherwise I was gonna show him rudeness..Money has no colour, it's not Black or White or Indian or colored..

Bought a car in May 2021. Sales man was Thomas Chirwa. He delivered my car without spare key nor service book. Promised to deliver them a week after. Kept avoiding my calls & messages until he resigned & referred me to Johan Van Heerden. Johan promised to deliver them as well. Keeps on asking me if I'm calling from my number & he'll get back to me. Johan is now avoiding my calls & messages. I just want to voice out how disgusted I am about your service. Both Thomas Chirwa & Johan Van Heerden. You both lack professionalism and I believe you are doing all of this because I am a woman. You took my hard earned money & now you treat me like trash. You lack respect for women & it says a lot about the people who raised you. How dare you bite the hands that feeds you? I'm gonna make sure that I expose you & your company on social media to make sure people know what kind of people you are before they consider buying from you guys. PS. Expect me at your offices with Moja Love

The management is more friendly than normal

Very good service from the salesman but disappointed with after-sales service from the used vehicles manager. After purchasing the vehicle and almost immediately taking the vehicle for its next service, the service center noted some concerns. I notified NTT of these concerns asking if they could assist in any way and was ignored for almost three months. Expected more from a NTT manager. After repeated attempts the issue was finally resolved.
