We are terribly dissapointed with the after-service we are receiving from Craig. We purchased the vehicle in June 2022 and are still waiting for the numberplates and disc. Numerous calls have been made to Craig who always promises to deliver a day or 2 later .

Half star for taking my car in for the check. But worst service from all staff. The car wasn’t completely fixed, assistant staff are not knowledgeable on everything. Worst brand and worst place to get assistance

I bought my Suzuki Swift from this branch and Lungi Chili assisted me from the time I took a step on the show floor. She was fantastic!! she showed me all the new Suzuki's and explained all their features individually. Her friendliness and humor was great. The collection day of my new car was made into such a memorable day, that myself, and my daughter Clio, will never forget. Thank you Lungi !!! You deserve a 6 STAR rating.

Masks weren't worn properly on the workshop floor! It is completely unacceptable. My gran is 82 years old and cant take a risk if they arent doing their part properly. Worst was I asked the guy to wear his mask properly and he ignored me and eventually in a cheeky manner put it on. That is not acceptable!
