Fixing our pram tyers. We asked them to help with our pram tyers that needs to be better suited for off road terrain. They gave a solution and is busy with the job. Will be done in the next 24hours.Friendly staff and neat shop. Its also much bigger inside than what you can see from the outside shopfront.They have a wide variety of bike accessories, shoes, helmets, bladers, pump kits, sunglasses to name a few. In front they have kids biks aswell.

I am a 4th time returning customer. This place just keeps on getting better. Thanks to the 2 wonderful sales people Luke and Werner. By far a much better approach to sales and much more personal than any other shop. I was in the market for a bicycle range of R20-R30k but after being convinced with confidence and good knowledge of the new ebikes. Now a R80k purchase and a happy new owner of the Scott 940 eride bicycle.Thanks for convincing me and this was definitely the best choice for me currently. Keep up the good work.

I visited the store for the first time on Saturday. The service was flawless. I then realized I was not completely satisfied with my purchase. I returned my purchase without any hassle. I definitely recommend Hot Spot Cycles and will return once I saved a bit more to buy what I actually want.

The guys at Hot Spot Cycles just do it right! From the service on the floor to the workshop, the guys really bend over backwards in every way to ensure you leave happy. They have a massive variety of products and if they don't have an item in stock, they will call and order it in for you. Such a pleasure! After visiting many disappointing bike shops prior to arriving at Hot Spot, I won't shop or take my bikes elsewhere. Hot Spot for the win!

Everyone enjoys the same service and friendliness no matter how small the job is that they need to do on the bike. I would highly recommend Hot Spot Cycles for any work to be done to your bike as the focus on attention to detail and do a very thorough job.
