Bought material for 89 000 and paid in full. To get my goods, was told stories. Sometimes there is no truck, we would wait all day, there are no bricks in stock. Had to take out more money and go buy elsewhere. When you use your own vehicle to collect stuff, they don't help you load it, they look at you like you are not a customer. Really not happy with the service. It took us longer to extend our house because of their delays.

I've just bought 2 items from Built It Honeydew, and I had to wait for an insane amount of time, for security to check out the customer in front of me. I eventually threw the items on the floor and walked out. As I was starting the car the security guard was at the car's window, eager to assist. Worse shopping experience ever.

Well laid out store, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely drive the extra 15km to avoid Builders and rather go there
