i happened to drop my cellphone on the toilet floor in La Lucia Mall on saturday the 13 and when i returned sunday morn a friend checked at the information counter and to my utter amazement it was there. the Cleaner Thandiswa from the ground floor toilets picked it up and took it to the information desk. i am so impressed with her total honesty which is so rare these days and i did thank her with a voucher which she took very humbly. I called her supervisor Priscilla Cooke today and praised her to instilling such honesty in her staff. i say a big thank you to Supercare and especially Thandiswa. You are awesome.

On Saturday 4th February I was taking my gravely ill 94 year old mother to St Augustines Hospital. Thanks to Supercare employee Albert who came to my assistance finding parking, unloading the wheelchair, pushing the wheelchair to the consulting room. He was my knight in shining armour and I cant thank him enough for doing what was not even his job.

Supercare doesn't care! I waited to speak to a consultant for 10 minutes and was eventually cut of. Their staff are made empty promises and when they are called for clarification no one is available to take calls, even supervisors phones are on voicemail service. Extremely unprofessional management
