We have bumps on our faces and swollen eyes because of hair dye they used on our eyebrows. The overall experience was not pleasant we waited for 4,5 hours to do our hair and still left unattended.

Had the best experience. From the person who picked up the call, to the welcoming when I got there. The hairdresser was very accomodative to my 'hair situation', it was bad.

An innovative salon, they specialize in natural hair care and more. My hair is growing with improved texture and good bye to itchy scalp all thanks to Bespoque salon. They do bridal, matric, birthday etc make up & nails. And their customer service is top notch.

Today was my second visit to this salon and I'm even less impressed by their service than I was the first time. I have had bad experiences both times... The unfriendly staff (they seem to treat customers they know much better than the new ones, like me), the ridiculous waiting period and inefficient system they use to book customers in, the not-very-clean surroundings. I was really unhappy with their experience and the two stars I gave them is because I'm hoping I've just been unlucky these two times. I will go back again, because I currently have no other option as I'm still getting to know East London but if I had a better option I really wouldn't go back.

First of all I didn't know the sallon,saw them on Google their service is excellent I'm definitely taking my whole family for a treat next time

The most atrocious service of my entire life. Apart from being forced to hold my own hair piece while other clients didn't, they had to re-do my hairstyle because they lady that did my hair was inexperienced and they let her do my hair because they don't value new clients. Upon re-doing my hair the owner made sure to ridicule me because I was undeserving to have my hair re-done. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this salon they a very rude and don't know how to treat clients. Oh did I mention that my scalp was now sensitive during the re-do but the stylist refused to be gentle? To top it all off the the stylist that did my hair 1st had covid19 symptoms!

Worst first time experience ever!!Firstly I got the most cold welcome at the entrance, pointed to a book and told to write my name. Secondly there is no one at reception to control who is to be assisted so basically that lies on the customer's and a guessing game. Thirdly there were some rude ladies taking me up and down and not explaining the process and how things work in an appropriate manner, I was shouted at like I'm a child. And lastly the wash was terrible! I came in with knots in my hair and the lady assisting me did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue I had to step in and guide the process and do half of them myself! She was literally blow drying and combing very large hair knots, and not doing anything to get rid of them. It was painful and I was fed up. I eventually left the salon hair half done because honestly I could do a better job at home infront of a mirror.They provided better service and manners to existing customers than new ones. A messed up way to be doing business!I most definitely am not recommending this hairsalon.

It was my 3rd time at the salon, somehow I'm not getting the satisfaction of my hair being done there....but anyway because I Was going to put on soft dread on the freehand plaits I was doing I left it.....but if I were not to I wouldn't have been impressed....the work was not neat, It's the lady is still practicing or something.......but I'll go back sometime......

I was blown away by how friendly and professional the staff were. They are also very knowledgeable on natural hair and how to treat and manage it. My stylist went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my whole experience. Highly recommend to anyone with natural hair. Professional service and good quality products.
