Service department is absolutely shocking.Manager advised me to take my car to Ford in gauteng where I bought it as I had an issue and that was just my first visit here..Ps: if you have decals / stickers on your car don't go here apparently the assessor is sensitive to car stickers and you'll be adviced to remove them before hand lol...This place makes me want to trade in for anything other than a Ford. Id rather ride a bycicle and stab my eyes with needles then go back to this useless place.

Thanks to Service Rep Romano and as well as their Service Manager for help and professionalism shown in me when I went there to request them to show me how to remove the whole light in order to change a faulty bulb because it wasn't coming out and I was afraid I will bread/ damage it.Less said about Pinetown Barlowolrd Pinetown the better.

What an amazing bunch of individuals! I simply popped in to window shop yet was treated like a king. Never was I made feel uncomfortable or pushed to buy". Greeted by just about every staff member and offered a cup of coffee by the F and I manager who then promptly made it herself. Whoever's running this ship

Great after-care with one's warranty! The Service Manager, Gareth truly goes the extra mile without the fuss & gets the issue sorted! Works a plan in the midst of the madness of loadshedding & delivers accordingly! I always make a plan to go to them specifically to ensure my Ranger gets the true care it deserves :)

My daughter has a Ford Ecosport that has had MANY issues - faulty engine, shock absorbers, aircon etc. All replaced by Ford. Other issues were ignored or dismissed by the staff in the service department. Because our complaints & concerns were treated with contempt by the misogynistic gentlemen" in the service department we are left with 2 major repairs - the silencer is apparently cracked & the handle on the boot locking mechanism needs to be replaced. Now the car has to be brought in for a security issue on the driver's door - too dreadful to even contemplate!"

I was not impressed with Ford at Waterfall. First time I have taken my vehicle there for a service and hopefully never again. They are very good in contacting you once your vehicle is booked in to offer all sorts if add ons, obviously at a cost, but the faults reported at book in they were not able to solve.
