Staff aren't helpful. It takes 4 staff members to work one cash register while there are a queue of 4 people waiting to be helped. Other PNA branches don't seem to have the same issue. Also the restocking of sold out items like Dala paint colours often takes months to be replaced. I live 2 min from this store, but I'd rather drive 20min somewhere else.

The staff I encountered today was sooooo helpful and friendly. The cashier that served me today 2023.03.21 at about 15h00 went the extra mile for me. I wish I took your name.

This is a nice big PNA store with that has a convenient quick “in and out” parking outside and never seems to busy. Every time we go here looking for the most random craft supplies, we manage to find something that we can use.

When purchasing anything from PNA stores double check their pricing as prices varies from store to store on the same item when you bring it to the attention of head office they tell you that it's a franchise store and they will email the owners sothey can contact you well that doesn't happen very bad state when stationary store have double standards

Bought a laminating machine and it worked for a while less than two months. Took it back was told they were sending it in to be repaired. Was told I need to purchase another because they didn't want to give me a replacement. Bought a replacement and was told ill get my cash back when I return to pick the other one up. Picked up the repaired one today, only to be told my hard cash I gave them is not available and they only going to pay me via eft. And that might take 5 days. This is UNACCEPTABLE. You have my contact details. NO one told me ill get an EFT refund back when I come collect the repaired one. And not cash with what I paid. You have no idea what my financial situation is. Waiting 5 days is unacceptable. Your service leaves allot to be desired. . You had 2 months to get my cash together....

I wish I could zero rate my experience at this store. No help in the store or at the tills despite me calling out. Eventually went to the back and knocked at the storeroom door… still no response. Stepped in and the staff are standing in there and not responding . Staff also upset that I disturbed them and complained out loudly. Left without purchasing. Ridiculous customer service.

Definitely a good place for stationary and art supplies. If you're into calligraphy, they have the widest selection of pens and ink, but they also stock all I need for Lino cutting and for painting. I've never been disappointed when I've gone there for supplies.
