Vivyan was always there to answer my questions and put my mind at ease, we had weekly calls prior to the wedding to confirm each and every detail of our special day. The team put together a wonderful group of suppliers for us, who executed each detail of our wedding flawlessly! Planning a wedding can be a stressful occasion, notwithstanding the fact that it is COVID times making the planning process unpredictable with govt restrictions, regulations and lockdowns. Chelsea and her team offer a 5-star wedding planning service eliminating all the stress that comes with planning such an occasion. I can highly recommend Warren-Stone Weddings for your complete wedding coordination. We were met with professionalism and thoughtfulness from day 1 right up until the big day. Chelsea offers excellent advice, expertise, and logistics throughout the planning process. The day turned out like a dream. We were not concerned about timings, suppliers or any other logistics that come with planning such a special event. Our wedding day was spectacular all thanks to Chelsea and her team.

We first met Chelsea by chance when looking at a wedding venue that we didn’t end up choosing, however as we drove away, I said to my fiancé (now husband) that no matter which venue we decided on I knew I wanted Chels to be our planner. We honestly could not have had the day we had without her and her team! It was fantastic!Despite being a bit of a control freak myself, I could not recommend this team enough, especially to those brides out there who don’t like to let go of the reigns… you need to allow yourselves to trust Chelsea’s process and guidance. She has such a calming manner and presence and we felt totally confident that she always had everything under control and that no task was too big for her. With her constant communication and updates (from both herself and her team) you feel part of every detail, yet not once did I feel overwhelmed by any of it.She also makes you feel extremely special, like you’re her only couple (even though you know she is planning numerous weddings, yet somehow manages to keep on top of it all and remember all the finer details for each couple).She and her team are truly talented and on the day of the wedding I was blown away by their professionalism, organisation and the simple gift of just allowing us to have a stress-free time where we could focus on the important things, like spending time with our loved ones and celebrating us!Our wedding day was everything I could have dreamed of and more. Chelsea and her team at Warren-Stone Weddings were amazing to work with, from our first meeting up to and including our wedding day. They worked with and incorporated all of our ideas, no matter how crazy, into a magical evening. Chelsea and her team work incredibly hard - their weddings are exceptional because they prepare thoroughly and help you to do the same, their attention to detail is phenomenal, and they have a remarkable practical sense of how to manage the unpredictable things that come up before a wedding, and on the day. We have also been to two other weddings coordinated by Warren-Stone Weddings, and we saw that Chelsea was able to deliver the same wonderful experience for different couples, with each wedding being individually tailored to and reflecting those couples' personalities. Chelsea takes your ideas and brings them to life - she is exceptional.

Being based internationally, destination weddings can be stressful, but Chelsea was amazing in all that she did – we didn’t once panic about anything wedding related because Chelsea had all the answers and solutions.From the initial meeting, Chelsea was kind, professional and knew exactly the vision we had. Her and her team were amazing on the day, and any issues that happened she dealt with without us even knowing there were any problems! I will definitely miss our planning calls with Chels but I am so grateful for her and her team for pulling off our absolute dream wedding – I’m still on a high!

We cannot begin to thank Warren-Stone Weddings enough for the service they provided in the planning and execution of our Wedding. From day one we knew we were in great hands with Denise, and she made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. Planning a wedding in a different city can be stressful, especially not having any idea how to navigate through all the possible service providers and vendors. But with Warren-Stone’s extensive network they were able to perfectly pair us with the most amazing vendors who exceeded our expectations to create our dream wedding. The day before the wedding was torrential downpours and I was on the verge of a having a nervous breakdown and getting overwhelmed by the thought having to make last minute changes. Denise and her team were amazing in reassuring me that our Plan B would still be executed beautifully and putting me at ease with all their historic meteorological knowledge (haha). Needless to say, the day of the wedding was a beautiful bright and sunny day. All the worries of the previous day were forgotten, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy the day completely. We will forever be grateful for Warren-Stone’s level of professionalism, attention to detail and just being a calm within the wedding whirlwind! We got married on the 14th February 2020 in Cape Town.Chelsea Warren-Stone was the person, who made this dream come true.She and her fantastic team managed the whole planning in very a structured and more than professional way. She was available 24/7, additionally to biweekly Whatsapp calls which were very straight forward as she brought great inspiration and always shared her valuable feedback on our own ideas based on her work experiences. Chelsea and her colleague Carmen shared minutes of our calls accordingly, which made it easy to stay on top of things. We espacially appreciated the creative input in terms of Decor planning as well as all of the organizational effort, which ran in the background.In the end it turned out to be the perfect day. The wedding day itself ran smoothly as Chelsea and her colleague Lanel were there the whole day, acting discrete but with a massive impact, keeping up with their structured ways of working. We would definately recommend Warren-Stone Weddings to others and would never regret to have chosen Chelsea as our wedding coordinator.
