THE absolute worst attorneys ever. If you wish to have a high Court document sent to you with wrong information, typos, wrongfully captured data while they have all the information in front of them, then please use this firm. Also, if you would like to have a payment arrangement made by them, pay your account every month, then have a warrant out on your name too, while you have proof on email where they say thank you for your payment and then have the sheriff harrass you at your residence, when Hammond Pole signed for the warrant because you don't pay, then please use these guys. Having all the proof of payment, saying thank you for those proofs, and still sending out a warrant for removal. Harassment at its best. Please use these guys for all shady business

My wife had paid her Cell-c account off in 2021. They sent her a paid up letter however they did not forward the letter to the credit bureau. Not only has my wife's credit score decreased tremendously, but it still shows she has an outstanding debt on her Cell-c account, yet she paid it off! This is terrible service especially since it's now 2023 and her credit score continues to decrease! She has sent countless emails to which no one ever responds too.

They were the appointed attorneys to transfer my bond from SA homeloans to Nedbank what a frustrating experience, unprofessional bunch of people. My bond is still not transferred since mid 2022 and they are refusing to cancel or terminate the process. I have been dealing with Claire what an unprofessional attorney ,frustrating to deal with . All this firm is about is how to make money off you as a client whilst not following the right channels. I want the matter to be sorted out by tomorrow or I’m reporting this firm to the Law Society. Expecting them to do their job is clearly too much to ask even their Director Katlego Mthembu

I have been contacted to advise I have an o/s amount owing on my Telkom account from January 2020. I have been requested statements dating back to that time, but it never gets send.I am a pensioner for 5yrs now. My coffee shop closed in January 2020.Send me the statements in order for me to see what this huge amount is that I am now owing.

They deserve zero stars. When they require payment, they call you 200 times a day and harass you but take forever to send you a paid up letter.

Received dubious sms from these so called attorneys- rude and unhelpful and unprofessional staff at the call center. I believe this is a scam as I received an sms re my Capitec account which I do not have. Be careful of these people !!!

My up to date account (which is not in arrears) was given to Hammond Pole. Telkom says that according to their records, they haven’t handed the account over and that my account is up to date…so what scam is this?
