There service delivery is very bad both Durban and Joburg branches I've called sent watapps they say they will call back and nothing very disappointed

Incompetent and very poor service delivery. They overfilled the oil in the generator which led to damage of the pressure switch. How do you get the overfilling incorrect? By the way, another gen company was called in and found the problem.Also, bought a battery from Elegen. For some reason when the Elegen technicians came to add on the excess flow valve, their technician removed my new battery and replaced it with their spare old battery. I never got my battery back!

The Indian lady who helped us is an asset to any company most humble personality I ever seen. An angel

I have been trying since (17:05:2023)to get these people to come out and service the generator that we bought from them. But everyday there is a new email asking for this and that information about the generator. My question is aren't these people suppose to have this information on hand seeing as they are the ones that supplied us with the generator or do they want the generator to get so messed up that they end up changing us lots of money because it's no longer a small problem it's now bigger because they never came out to do anything. Who ever is in charge need to be doing there jobs properly and see that the customers problems is resolved. Isn't that the first rule of business is to keep your customer happy. As you can see we are not happy with the lack of service we are getting. Hope things changes soon

Extremely slow service, 7 days to get a quote, another week to get banking details, another 5 days to get a service kit - almost 3 weeks to get parts for a 'critical' machine!
