Very rude and impatient, dismissive too. Couldn't even get a quote as he was very dismissive both on the phone and when I went to his physical business maybe its because I am black and I realize white people have given him good reviews, that for me could only mean that he is racist

Very rude and unprofessional. The owner addressed me with profanity and I was really disappointed to the extent that I walked out without getting anything fixed. I don't know if he addressed me the way he did because I'm black or if he addresses all his clients in such a manner. Service felt unfriendly and a bit racist.
