Worse experience ever...what a bad choice to come and have a quick meal.. Waited over 30 min for a simple fatcake burger...without any communication about delay of fatcakes...standing in the cold waiting over 30min for a fatcake..never doing that again....

This is the worst experience by far! Never in my life have I waited for an hour for fast food! And the people working here just don't care! Worst worst worst service in the history of service. Even government services, which is non-existent, is better than this! Stay far far away! Go to Frankie's Fat Cakes!

Really not happy with the service. I stood at the front, waiting for someone to take my order and then the lady behind the counter just took an order from someone who came way after me, and if that wasn't already bad enough, the lady took my order and asked me what I would like to drink, and so she packed the bag and gave me the wrong drink.

The worst hake fish I ever had in my life at Juction. The batter so thick and oily + made the fish itself so yellow it spoiled my appetite. The batter to make up the size... and did not fit in the dishing container. Sticking half way out in the blue plastic bag.

We wanted to place an order but the music, which by the way was not appropriate for all cultures, was so loud that we walked out after 2 minutes as it was unbearably. She didn't made a big effort to take our order in any way. Looked at us like we are stupid because we request for the music to be put softer. She turned it down after we left. We wanted to make a sales for 9 people but I will never go there again.

The biggest problem with this place is deciding what you want to eat. The menu is awesome and every item sounds delicious it was a struggle making up my mind. But my final choice went down with a big fat smile on my face. I thoroughly enjoyed your fat cake and mince next time I'll definitely try something else. Keep it up!
