First of all the vibes inside are amazing! We were welcomed with a smile and Dumi the manager made sure to let her know if we needed anything. Darryll w I as our waiter and he was amazing! He recommended this fab drink, the love philosophy, and the beef pulled pasta which was unreal! Plus did it with a smile :) great service. Thank you x

Had amazing tapas and my girlfriend even got a vegetarian burger done by the chef personally, which wasn’t even on the menu. It was excellent!Caring, professional and just a cool atmosphere. Special thanks to Chef Darren and Quinn!

The only great thing about this restaurant is location and ambiance of the surrounding area. Food was below average. Pasta is very dry and bland. cocktails are nothing instagrammable. service is very poor. We were seated and no one came to attend to us until we literally had to get off our table and go and ask one of the waiters to please assist us

Really nice location and setting. Beautiful views over the Marina and table mountain with bar chair options and nice comfortable couches. Service was 8/10. We had to wait 10mins to get a server, but once we got one it was great.Food was also 8/10. We had the aubergine which was good, but could do with a bit of zest/acid, it was quite it heavy and savoury, but still nice. We also had the Wagyu beef pockets which I could not fault. Great heavy beef taste, creamy and fresh pasta and a nice ginger & chili paste with almost Thai flavours. Really well balanced. We had that olive oil cake for dessert which was deliciously dense and sweet, but not overly sweet. Beautiful toppings of strawberry and merengue.Overall a good experience. Would happily return.Favourite of the day was our crispy potato skins with an ice cold beer

A lovely place to stop for a quick bite... we stopped here around lunch time for a quick drink and were treated to a lovely lunch. Thando who served us was amazing.. she connected with all of us straight away, was very helpful in picking our meals and consistently checked up on us to ensure we all enjoyed our meals... I had the prawns seafood with a side of prawns due to my extra love of prawns. The food was a bit spicy but we got an extra side of crushed chillies to step it up a little further. All our meals were cooked nicely and presented well.. we all left full and very satisfied. Thanks a million Thando for making our lunch extra special. The views around La Parada are just amazing... you can see the table mountain and just outside the restaurant is a lovely spot to take pictures with a nice frame.. definitely worth a visit

Excellent tapas, drinks and steaks. We enjoyed amazing stay here with a good vibe and breathtaking view of Table Mountain. Sany took a really good care of us. Thank you for everything. This have been our third time here and we’ll come back for sure.

There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the waterfront, but if you are looking for a trendy restaurant where you can relax then give La Parada a try. This is a perfect spot to grab some drinks as they have a beautiful bar and some awesome cocktails to choose from. The view from the restaurant towards Table Mountain also makes for great photo opportunities. We visited for dinner and had starters, mains and dessert. Although the food was very tasty, I think at La Parada it's actually better just to sit-back and grab some starters/tapas as they have a nice atmosphere and thereafter you can proceed to the next restaurant for your mains. During our dinner there unfortunately was a mishap with our order, but the manager really handled it well. Overall a very nice restaurant and I have already been back there to have some drinks.

It's not often that you walk into a place and immediately feel like the most important person in the world. We booked with La Parada as the selected venue to host our team strategy sessions over two days (25 and 26 July). From opening up early for us, to world class service from both Jesse and James, Chef (s) and the rest of the staff, to mouth wateringly delicious food, all I can say is thank you guys, you made our session that more special. You will see us soon!

The view from the waterfront is amazing... The service and food are excellent. The decor makes this place cozy as you learn about Argentinian art.... We enjoyed the tapas - we tried everything on the tapas menu! I must recommend the beef short ribs which are just too good!!!! I
