Tenant applications feedback for a rental are absolutely atrocious . I've NEVER heard or seen such . Working as a Rental Manager myself its a bit frustrating to experience such. The turn around time in my office is 20- 45 minutes depending on sufficient documents and references, If there are not sufficient i email the tenant or let the Agent know asap . Applications should be a priority as they bring in income (Commission) . No feedback is given to you , you have to follow up ALL THE TIME . Having 4 days left to month end and still nothing from the Agent to simply say ( You're approved or you're not find something else ). Application takes +- 3 days .I'm sure if i didn't call or follow up i would have not been told anything. For such a big company guys that is a disaster .I'm not sure who was incompetent there - The Agent or the Admin lady .I then called the Principal letting him know of that I have experienced …. And he said OK ii will call you back … He didn’t callBlue Ice Properties on the other side literally told us in less than an hour of application and we will be renting from them..Pull them socks up people !!!- your service sucks !
