Extremely slow service despite there barely being any customers,and the fact that we just ordered chicken strips..We ordered burger combo meals where as to find when we got home there aren't any fries and had to drive back and ask for our fries. Then we wanted to order extra chili cheese bombs as well and were told they are finished. We then ordered chicken strips and waited 30 min?!. Not to mention the cashier being extremely rude! Asking us in an rude manor what flavor do we want. We told her what flavor, only for her to snap attitude and reply yes but what flavor" after we had to repeat to her again!!!2 families of 3 waiting for take aways and the service was absolutely horrible...30 min just for chicken strips???? A handful of chicken strips? After having to drive back to ask where are our fries."

Great service at 21:45. I have a new favourite chips seller. Chicken burger and chips is delicious. Will try them again and update on a larger, sit-down meal.

I am not happy at all. I hate those sauces And how they serve their food is not satisfying at all. My burger almost fell. I did not finish my meal. Their fries are top notch I loved them.

It was very nice. The waiter Cleo gave me and my sister a great service plus it was our birthday. Thank you so much Rocomamas for hiring people with great personalities and too much patience

I just bought a bacon and cheese burger at this establishment. And only when I get to the hotel, I realize there is no bacon in my burger.I won't even bother going back to get this fixed, I am simply turned off. I'll never opt for Roco mamas when I'm in the area again.I love Roco mamas brand but Rustenburg folk always give very poor service. Not sure if it's Murphy's law. The first time I let it slide when my order was totally wrong.I will not recommend this place.

The restaurant is dirty, around the tables there is remains of food or sauces, same with the chairs. When you look into the kitchen, you can see that it is dirty because their is remains of food on the thing they put take away food on. The service I received was good and it was quick

Very delicious burgers they serve here, most especially their fries. The food is very filling, you just can't get to finish them.
