Please take your vehicle elsewhere.I took my car for service, but the lift was not there. Never got updated again and was not even offered coffee or water. Booked my own transport.Only given an invoice after the service, no report or checklist to show whether brakes, tyres, shocks, or wipers got checked.Oil change service was done on the vehicle. I purchased an R30k extended service plan with a 3rd party. My car gets serviced" for only R2700 and very conveniently pockets the difference.Other parts were not checked on my vehicle as my shocks and control arms were worn. These got confirmed by two companies before the service. To top it off

So, I read l the reviews and I got very nervous of taking my car here. But I was blown away by Christo's service, Adele's friendliness and the fantastic mechanics working on my car. I am sooooo happy and I didnt end up paying a huge bill. They managed to fix an ongoing door problem that no other service station could. I am super happy xx

If my car were to break down in front of Audi Centre Somerset West, I would have it towed to Paarl for repairs. My car went in for repairs under motor plan at Somerset, in the process the technician forgot a crankshaft lock in my engine and started it, and cracked the sump. I spent a total of 3 months without my car, and now have a car that had to undergo significant additional repairs. The dealership principle's feedback was that he does not believe I deserve any compensation for their mistake, since they fixed the car. No additional service plan or guarantee, nothing. After this experience, even though I love Audis, I can't see my self ever owning another. Not in South Africa. Audi South Africa, this dealership just lost you a client for the next 50+ years.

I received excellent service at this dealership.My car was serviced in less than the estimated time.I received courtesy call a day after, checking up on on how I found the service.The staff was prompt and genuinely welcoming.The general environment around is calm, cool and inviting.

Excellent. Staff friendly and attentive to service requests. Vehicle was recieved back with the vehicle and engine bay as clean as it was before service.

Bad attitude from the blonde lady. I booked my car for Tuesday 30 Dec 21, the blonde lady told me I should remove my car they won't be able to assist me even the following day even though the fault was with their receptionist. I left very angry and unhappy because I thought Audi cares about their customers but I was wrong.

They have great cars for their fans and customers
