AVBOB Funeral Service Maitland

Absolute SHOCKING service.

I personally had a problem with the level of service received.

Phoned to find out more and I must say they make you feel that they have no compassion at ALL!!!!!! Wish I know whom I spoke to over the phone, they should be extra nice especially for people contacting who are emotional and sad already!!!

NO RESPECT FOR THE GRIEVING FAMILY OR THE DECEASED.. I had reason to make connection with AVBOB Cape Town as my father passed away. He had a policy with Avbob so I called them.. Firstly they said they will be there when they could. I called again an hour or two later to make sure they where on route. I was told they had to make a stop in Bonteheuvel first then to me. They arrived at 18:30 - 4.5 hours after I called. There where a few stairs to which the two gentleman from AVBOB looked at me and said .. Oh there are stairs

Antoinette was exceptional! Guided us through everything we did not understand.

A couple of months ago a good friend of mine was looking for assistance from a funeral home, we referred them to Avbob Maitland and they were so grateful for the manner in which they were received, attended to and advised. Thank you for your excellent service, will most certainly keep up the referrals!
