Thule Springfield Durban

I fitted roof racks there in my Mazda 3 on 08.06.2020 and received a great service from the two gentleman (Indian and White), great specs and advice.

Thule was helpful over the phone advising what I needed to get my roof racks fitted. Very helpful instore and I am happy with the product and the service.

Very friendly and helpful guys. I just popped by as I was in Durban for work and they helped me fit my already bought and fitted Thule bikerack correctly. Thanks guys for the awesome service. Big up to you.

I purchased two products from Thule Springfield park, I basically helped myself in terms of the products and spec of what I needed, I try to pay but due to credit card machine issues I had to do an EFT. I then returned one item within the 7 day return period, they said they could not do an EFT they had to refund to my credit card and it would take up to 10 working days, its over 2 weeks later and I have not received my refund. They also confirmed with their accounts and bank that they should not have done the refund back to the card, it should have been to the original payment method, yet they are still delaying with excuses that its been long weekend and communication is slow. Matt has been the only helpful person, however I still did not receive my refund on the returned item, I am yet to receive a call from anyone unless I follow up with them. What a disappointment.Update: After posting this review I have now received my refund and have updated my rating not because of the service which was shocking but because the thule products are top notch.

Super disappointing service at Thule Hillcrest today. Ended up at the Springfield branch, Daniel and his colleague went out of their way to help us . Super stoked with the service from the guys at Thule Springfield.

Fairly comprehensive range in stock, so they were able to assist me without a problem.

The 9nly reason I'm rating it a 3 star is not because of the products but rather the staff (or should I say 1 staff member in particular), the way in which he conducted himself when he was supposed to be assisting me and my colleagues was completely and utterly unprofessional
