2 stars for good location, sufficient parking area, cleanness, presence of a security guard at the ATMs, wheelchair access and for markings for social distance.This branch lacks the following:1. No social distancing enforced outside the building and entrance2. Cue not controlled - people start new cues whenever they want3. Long cues outside but only 6 customers inside the building (Covid used as an excuse)4. Poor customer service and efficiency5. While I was on the cue, customers were complaining about the attitude of the staff. Well, I experienced myself.6. Elderly costumers (pensioners) are neglected and not prioritized. I don't know if there is a procedure for dealing with pensioners & people with special needs (handicapped), but it's clearly not implemented.7. Working hours not adhered to - e.g. if you say you open at 9am, it means first customer must be enter the building at 9am and not 9:20am.8. I don't know if there's a place for self service - but I didn't see 1 or even a sign/board.Dear Manager - these are issues that can be easily rectified. But these issues if not addressed, can cause the bank to loose clients.
